All IBLs act as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Vitayur. IBLs are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, including tax reporting, advertising standards, and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any IBL’s status at any time for misconduct, misrepresentation, violation of our policies, or actions harmful to the Vitayur brand or its customers.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the resolution of any disputes.

You waive any right to a jury trial and agree that any dispute will be resolved solely by a court of competent jurisdiction, and not by arbitration, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
