At Vitayur LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or exchanged, and refunds issued. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
● The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging
● We must receive the products within 15 days of your return or exchange request
● The product must not be perishable or otherwise excluded from returns (see Section 4)
● Returns are subject to inspection. If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected]. We may request photos or additional information to process a replacement. Approved defective items may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health-related products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
● Opened, tampered with, or used products
● Any consumables removed from original sealed packaging
● Items returned more than 30 days after purchase
● Sale or clearance items
● Perishable or promotional items marked “Final Sale”
4. Proof of Purchase
To complete a return or exchange, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as:
● Your order confirmation email
● Receipt or invoice
● Order number linked to your account
Without proof of purchase, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Please ensure the product is securely packaged. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
7. Exchanges
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged and meet eligibility criteria. If you need to exchange an item, please email [email protected] with your request and order number.
8. Restocking Fee (if applicable)
Vitayur does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns at this time. However, we reserve the right to introduce one in the future for returned items that are opened, damaged, or not in resalable condition.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website and Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Independent Business Licensee (IBL) Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

Vitayur LLC (“Vitayur”) is committed to operating a transparent, ethical, and compliant business opportunity. This policy outlines the terms under which an Independent Business Licensee (“IBL”) may cancel their registration and request a refund of the IBL registration fee.
By enrolling as an IBL, you agree to the terms described below.
30-Day Cooling-Off Cancellation & Full Refund
An IBL may cancel their registration for any reason within 30 calendar days from the date of enrollment and receive a full refund of the IBL registration fee.
1.1 No Activity Conditions
Refund eligibility under this 30-day policy:
➢ Is not conditioned on business activity
➢ Is not conditioned on training completion
➢ Is not conditioned on commissions earned
➢ Is not conditioned on recruitment activity
If commissions, bonuses, or incentives were earned and paid during the 30-day period, Vitayur may offset those amounts against the registration fee refund.
1.2 No Administrative or Restocking Fees
No administrative, processing, or restocking fees will be deducted from the registration fee refund under this 30-day policy.

Independent Business Licensee (IBL) Inventory Repurchase Policy
Effective Date: 02/28/2026
Vitayur LLC (“Vitayur”) is committed to maintaining a fair and ethical business opportunity. Although Independent Business Licensees (“IBLs”) are not required to purchase or carry inventory, Vitayur provides the following inventory repurchase protection to ensure a reasonable and safe exit opportunity.
1. Eligibility for Inventory Repurchase
An IBL who voluntarily resigns or whose agreement is terminated may return eligible products purchased within the previous 12 months for repurchase under the terms outlined below.
This policy applies only to product purchases made directly from Vitayur.
The IBL registration fee is governed separately under the IBL Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Repurchase Amount
Vitayur will repurchase eligible products at not less than 90% of the original net purchase price, less:
● Commissions, bonuses, or overrides previously paid on the returned products
● Any applicable shipping charges
The net purchase price refers to the actual amount paid by the IBL, excluding taxes and shipping.
3. Eligible Products
To qualify for repurchase, products must:
● Be unopened and unused
● Be in original, current company packaging
● Not be expired
● Be in resalable condition
● Have been purchased within the preceding 12 months
Products that are damaged, altered, expired, discontinued, or not in resalable condition are not eligible for repurchase.
4. Procedure for Return
The resigning or terminated IBL must:
1. Submit a written request to initiate the return process
2. Provide proof of purchase
3. Ship eligible products to the company address provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the IBL.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time following inspection and verification of eligibility.
5. Prevention of Abuse
Vitayur reserves the right to deny repurchase requests if:
● Fraudulent activity is detected
● Products were purchased in violation of company policies
● Excessive purchases were made for the purpose of manipulating commissions
Vitayur maintains compliance monitoring procedures, including review of unusually high purchase volumes, to prevent inventory loading and protect the integrity of the compensation plan.
6. No Inventory Requirement
Vitayur does not require IBLs to purchase inventory, maintain stock, or meet product purchase quotas to participate in the compensation plan.
This repurchase policy is provided as a consumer protection safeguard and is not intended to encourage inventory accumulation.
