Shipping Policy

At Vitayur LLC (“Vitayur,” “we,” or “us”), we are committed to delivering your products safely, accurately, and as efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our fulfillment process, estimated delivery times, tracking procedures, and important conditions regarding international shipping and carrier responsibilities.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Fulfillment Timeline

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days after your purchase is completed. Fulfillment includes:

● Importing your order into our system

● Packaging your items

● Preparing your package for carrier pickup

Orders received Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are processed within the next two business days. Orders placed after that cutoff may begin processing the following business day.

Please note: During periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen operational delays, fulfillment time may be extended without prior notice.

2. Estimated Shipping Times (After Fulfillment)

Shipping time begins after your order is fulfilled, and is determined by the shipping carrier. Estimated transit times are:

Domestic (USA):

USPS First Class or Priority: 3–7 business days

UPS Ground: 3–5 business days

International:

GlobalPost: 10–14 business days

UPS Worldwide: 10–14 business days

Important: These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, peak seasons, or other logistical factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship using the following carriers:

Domestic (U.S.): USPS and UPS

International: GlobalPost and UPS Worldwide

The carrier will be selected based on your location, order size, and your selected shipping method at checkout.

4. Shipping Locations and International Orders

We currently ship both domestically within the United States and internationally to select countries.

For international orders:

You are responsible for understanding and complying with your country’s customs regulations, import restrictions, taxes, and duties.

Vitayur does not assume liability for customs delays or additional import fees.

If a package is held, delayed, or rejected by customs, we cannot offer a refund for shipping charges or the product unless the item is returned to us in unopened, resalable condition.

5. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing:

● Your order details

● A tracking number linked to the carrier’s tracking website

Please note:

● Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear

● Vitayur is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in carrier tracking systems

● For orders containing multiple items, we may split your shipment if items cannot be consolidated into a single package

6. Delivery Attempts and Missed Deliveries

It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package. If a carrier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Vitayur is not liable for packages lost due to customer-provided address errors or unclaimed deliveries.

7. Holiday and Fulfillment Center Closures

Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST. We do not fulfill orders on the following U.S. holidays:

● New Year’s Day

● Independence Day

● Labor Day

● Thanksgiving Day

● Christmas Day

Orders placed on or around these dates may be delayed by 1–2 additional business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Once a package is transferred to the selected carrier, Vitayur is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, customs issues, or delivery errors caused by the shipping provider or external factors.
